SILVER 50B 26E - "SILVER" Owned with Granite Hills Ranch, Llano, Texas and Hirsche Herefords, High River, Alberta When
we saw Silver at the Denver Stock Show in 1997, we believed that he was
the thickest Hereford bull that we had ever seen. He went on to win the
Junior Yearling class and quickly became one of the top semen sellers that
spring. The following fall, after having naturally serviced 40 cows, Silver
was Grand Champion Bull at the Kansas State Fair and was Reserve Champion
at the American Royal. He was recently named Show Bull of the Year for the
Central Region.

L1 DOMINO 484 Owned with Schlickau Herefords, Haven, KS
484 is an extremely heavy muscled bull and he transmits extreme muscle expression to his calves. His first daughters in production are easy fleshing, beautiful uddered females with lots of milk. We believe that 484 is right for the times with his combination of muscle, performance, fleshing ability, and moderate size. |

When you study his tabulation, C344 combines two great cows in R311 & 184K. R311 is one of the good cows to ever leave the Holden program, who eventually became a donor at EE Ranches. His dam, 184K, was our pick of all of the cows in the Lone Star herd with a perfect udder, solid markings, and an average nursing ratio of 108.

1 DOMINO 0033 Owned with Oleen Cattle Co., Fallun, KS 0033 is fast becoming one of the most respected, proven bulls in the breed. We purchased possession rights from Oleen Cattle Co. after seeing the outstanding daughters in production there. His pedigree combines two of the best individuals in the breed with the well-proven 872X and the 5038 cow. 872X is one of an elite number of bulls that is heavily proven for low birth weights and excellent growth. 5038 is the mother of numerous herd bulls including Trailmaster who sold for $60,000 to Holden Herefords. We expect the 0033 daughters to lay the foundation for the future of our cow herd. The 0033 progeny are some of the heaviest muscled individuals you will see. |
