Gyp Hill Excursions: Cattle Drive Experiences

Come experience a spring day at the ranch during breeding season. Help push cattle through the chute and watch John and Bruce A.I.(artificially inseminate) the heifers(you might even get to help….just a little). After a surprise tailgate lunch, hop on your own horse or jump on the back of our truck to move the heifers to their summer pasture by participating in a 2-3 hour cattle drive down Red Rock and Gyp Hill Road(scenic byway). After the cattle drive we’ll venture down to the pond nestled in the canyon, where you can fish, hike, ride the horses, visit with friends and family or just sit back and relax before you enjoy a barbecue dinner you won’t soon forget.

Pick a Date and Come Enjoy a Ranching Weekend in the Gyp Hills south west of Medicine Lodge. Call for Group and individual pricing, excursions available by request.
